HEC3050U8 is an eco-friendly RAIN RFID Inlay with a creative unique RFID transponder design. HEC3050U8 RFID Inlay is based on RFID capacity coupling technology, there are two part in one transponder: a UHF RFID chip FLIP bonded on a near field antenna isolated in the centre, and a die-cut far filed Al antenna cooperate with core part appropriately realized perfect RFID performance reach 10+ meters read range at 27dbm. The RFID transponder based on paper directly instead of PET substrate, in a compact inlay structure.

HU83052 ECO RFID inlay is based on the 30mmx52mm size. The inlay shape is only relative to far field Al antenna, it will stick directly in position of inlay. So MOQ is very small, and the speed of RFID production is fast. As the normal etching RFID antenna, it usually needs 4 weeks of production time from an RFID inlay design, Gravure master making, to etching processes, FLIP bonding, converting and Dire-cutting till a finished RFID inlay. While our new RFID ECO inlay production way usually only needs 10 days!

- Face Stock can be any customized material: Paper, Woven textile, Polyester, BOPP, PET, as the antenna and core loop support.
